About the Event
RSVP to this invite to sign up for the Crossfit Waipi'o class at 9:30am. Join us for a special public event supporting Let Grace In’s grieving parents and siblings. This year, Grit & Grace is inviting bereaved families to join us for a move your body team healing experience as part of our January Monthly Event.
We’ll be offering a free CrossFit workout, with the option for participants to make a voluntary donation to help support families grieving the loss of a child. If you are a bereaved family, please know that no donation is being asked of you — your presence is what matters most.
