About the Event
RSVP to this invite to sign up for the Crossfit Waipi'o class at 9:00am. Join us for a special hybrid event supporting Let Grace In’s grieving parents and siblings. This year, Grit & Grace is inviting both bereaved families & supporters to join us for a move your body team healing experience as our February Monthly Event.
We’ll be offering a free CrossFit workout, with the option for participants to make a voluntary donation to help support families grieving the loss of a child. If you are a bereaved family, please know that no donation is being asked of you — your presence is what matters most.
