HILO Hope Retreat

Our Hope Retreat invites bereaved families, who have lost a child, to participate in a variety of experiential holistic activities. The retreat offers an opportunity to learn more about ways we can empower ourselves navigate the grief journey. Grief affects every part of us: body, mind, & spirit.  Let Grace In believes in the power of community and creating safe spaces rooted in culture, research and experience. With your permission, our compassionate, professionals will come alongside you and offer an opportunity to revive health in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual self while developing meaningful relationships with families who have suffered a similar loss.

The retreat is available for the immediate 'Ohana, featuring activities for both parents and siblings. Some sessions will be designed for everyone to join in as an 'Ohana, while others will cater separately to keiki and to parents. Keiki grief groups, called SibShops, will be led by…
