About the Event
Monthly Grief Support Activity: Rainbow Macrame Keepsakes with Mali Bella Foundation's Sejal Megill.
The "Rainbow Macrame Keepsake" activity is our March monthly grief support activity in collaboration with Mali Bella Foundation's founder, Seijal Magill, who designed this activity to provide an opportunity to express their emotions creatively while fostering community connections. This activity combines the therapeutic benefits of grief movement (using breath, movement & sound) & crafting in a supportive environment.
Rainbows are a symbol of hope & promise, a connection between the earth and the heavens. Just like our angels, they may not always be seen, but that dosen't mean they don't exist. Let this rainbow be a reminder that our angels are always with us, sending us love & guiding light.
Objectives of the Activity
To provide a safe space for you to share your experiences and feelings related to grief.
To promote emotional healing through creative expression.
