About the Event


Let Grace In invites grieving mothers to a special afternoon tea gathering, a moment to pause, breathe, and be held in the gentle embrace of community. This event is hosted in honor of Paige, Tammy's beloved daughter who found joy in tea time. Her memory lives on in this ritual of warmth, connection, and care.


Grief lives in the body, mind, and spirit—and simple, soothing rituals can help us tend to all three. Drinking tea has long been associated with calming the nervous system and supporting emotional well-being. Studies show that green tea, for example, can help lower cortisol (the body’s stress hormone) and reduce the risk of depression. Herbal teas like lavender, chamomile, and peppermint offer a natural way to ease anxiety, support digestion, reduce inflammation, and boost immunity—especially vital while grieving, when our bodies are more vulnerable to stress and illness.
