Waves of Grief event

In leiu of a March Monthly Therapeutic event, Let Grace In is sharing the opportunity to engage with a non-profit called "Waves of Grief" who meets at the ocean on the second Sunday of each month to navigate the Waves of Grief and loss together, building connection and community and finding healing amongst the waves.

This is a community space held to normalize grief and find healing, in and around the ocean. All grief and grievers and all ocean experiences are welcome.

Waves of Grief is hosted by our global Waves of Grief collective, a community of surf therapy practitioners, healers and humans working together to reduce the feelings of isolation and loneliness that accompany grief and loss. We are all connected by our love for the ocean - how being in, on, or around the water can be healing.  Together we aim to foster meaningful connection, supported by the ocean. Bring your own gear to enjoy Mother Ocean how you feel best.

Together we  gather in community to honor, share and witness  personal and collective grief.

We start in circle on the sand, then invite everyone to engage with the ocean  through watching, wading, swimming, boogie boarding or surfing, etc.
